Navigation and use of eshop.saki.gr is a presumption that the visitor/ user/ participant has read, understood and accepted all terms of use of the website; In case the visitor/ user/ participant does not agree with the terms of use hereof, he/she should not use its content.

saki.gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online e-shop, according to its needs and commercial mores. saki.gr undertakes to inform users of any modifications and changes applied through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that changes of terms do not include orders already placed.

2. Information provided & Products

saki.gr is committed to provide complete and valid information on saki.gr website in terms of both essential characteristics of each product available, and the accuracy of the information on the services provided by saki.gr e-shop; without prejudice to any technical errors or typos that might have escaped attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure.

saki.gr is not liable in case of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information or services provided through its website.

Also, saki.gr is not liable for any actions or omissions of third parties and in particular any unauthorized interventions of third parties in products or/ and services or/ and information available through it.

saki.gr is an official website of esportland.gr. All the content of the website, posted by saki.gr, including images, graphic designs, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products constitute the intellectual property of saki.gr and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.

Any copying, analogue/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative works or misleading the public about the actual provider of the Content of the websites is prohibited. 5. User obligations

saki.gr makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and minor product characteristics cannot be excluded and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website downtime or “human” errors when updating/ listing the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your shopping, we invite you, in case you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, before proceeding with the order, to contact the Customer Service Department at +30 2310642685 or through the website’s email form.

When you place your order you will receive an automated e-mail indicating the details of your order.

In the event that your order is pending, you will be sent a relevant e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you at the telephone numbers you have given us when registering or putting your order on our website.

We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and that you keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in the event that you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in compliance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without any delay.

10. Price policy

All prices listed on our website are in Euros and include 24% VAT, whether they relate to product prices and offers, or shipping costs, etc.

Please note that the price policy on selected products applies only to purchases made through our e-shop and for delivery to your location and differs from that of our conventional store. For this reason and to avoid any misunderstandings, we recommend that before putting your order by pick-up from our conventional store, you contact us to confirm this price with our Customer Service Department at +30 2310642685 or through the contact form on our website.

11. Withdrawal/ Return – Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement a) in all cases in which through proven fault of saki.gr you were delivered products other or substantially different from those you ordered; b) in all cases in which there was a defect in the product or missing agreed property and provided that the legal limitation of the purchaser’s rights has not occurred or the defect or the missing property is not significant.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request that they be exchanged for another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or an additional price if you wish, within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request payment of the price you paid us (a) in all cases in which there has been a defect in the product or an agreed feature is missing and provided that it is not otherwise provided for in the manufacturer’s warranty or the defect or missing feature is not significant; (b) within 14 days of delivery of the product; (c) Upon agreement of a refund in case of fault of the customer, the customer is charged with all related costs, which will be deducted from the net value of the product. 

In the case of credit card billing, saki.gr will be obliged to inform the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any action provided for under the contract it has drawn up with the customer without any further liability of saki.gr. Following this notification, saki.gr shall not be responsible for the time and way of counterbilling, which is regulated by the above contract. The procedure of (total or partial) offsetting in credit card charges is carried out exactly as the card has been charged. If the charge has been made in a lump sum, the refund will be made in a lump sum, and if the charge has been made in instalments, the refund will also be made in instalments. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option “pick up from the store”, it will be done with the return of the money to him from the store (SAKI, 26 Kedron Street, Evosmos, Thessaloniki). In case of payment by bank account transfer, a reverse transfer will be made from the accounts of saki.gr to the customer.

In addition, for all cases, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the original purchase document. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Delivery note - Invoice, Retailer’s receipt, etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to consult with the saki.gr e-shop.

In any case the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: 1. contact the same day or the next working day with the e-shop; 2. in case of replacement of the product within 14 days with another or others up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or withdrawal within 14 days according to article 5 paragraph 10 the product must not have been used; 3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (e.g. Delivery note - Invoice, Retailer’s receipt, etc.)

12. Cancellation of an Order

Cancellation of an order can be made in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online order process you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call +30 2310642685 and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation of your order. Once the product has been received, call us at +30 2310642685 or contact us through the email form on the website, explaining why you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it then contact the Customer Service Department at +30 2310642685 and provide your order details. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.

13. Payment methods

(Payment for the purchase of products is made in € Euro)

• Payment at the site of collection

Payment is made in cash or card upon receipt of your order. Any orders placed this way will be kept up to 2 working days from the date of order completion. Beyond this date, orders will be cancelled.

• To bank account / payment within 2 working days

You have to deposit the amount corresponding to your purchase in one of the following accounts. For your convenience, please write your order number next to the depositor’s name when transferring the amount. Warning: after the deposit, you should email the deposit slip to saki.gr. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we will send you your order.

Any deposit costs to saki.gr bank accounts other than those of our partner banks burden the depositor.

Payment is completed through Alpha bank. Alpha bank transfers you to its own page (via a link to the banking platform) in order your transactions to be 100% secure;

The above terms apply to certain product groups and in any case shipping costs are indicated in your cart.

14. Product Order/ Delivery

Completion of an order:

Upon placing your order, you will receive the following message (example). “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is... Please check your e-mail. We have sent you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.”

Delivery dates and times:

The delivery days and times are subject to the delivery times of the respective Courier or Transport Service.

Delivery of products:

Place your order by 14:00 Monday to Friday and saki.gr will send your order the next working day.

15. Delivery

For the safe and fast transport of the products you have purchased, our company cooperates with a courier service.

Shipping costs are fully and accurately indicated during the checkout process before placing your order, so that total charges are known in advance.

Any orders placed on the saki.gr e-shop on weekdays until 13:00 are usually delivered within 1 to 5 working days in most areas of Greece. Areas designated as inaccessible by the partner courier services, may require longer delivery time.

Delivery of your products may be delayed or cancelled for reasons of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions). In such a case our company will contact you.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic increased delays in the delivery of an order may occur even in areas that are not inaccessible.

The partner courier service provides an order tracking system. A specific reference number (tracking No.) is assigned to each shipment and sent to the customer’s mobile or e-mail. This way delivery of orders can be tracked down on a daily basis.

For the safe and fast transport of the products you have purchased, our company cooperates with ELTA COURIER.

• For delivery within Greece, shipping costs amount to €3.00.
